The 15th INNOPROM International Industrial Exhibition, which was held in the Ekaterinburg-EXPO exhibition centre on 7–10 July, is over. Pumori’s display was themed as “Healthy People — Pillar of a Healthy Economy” and, since Innoprom’s mission is presenting innovation in industry, Pumori demonstrated innovative exercise machines of the MIOMOTUS series.
These represent a new generation of trainers, designed for comprehensive development and rehabilitation of the musculoskeletal system. Their uniqueness lies in the combination of classical principles of kinesiotherapy with modern biofeedback technologies. The machines are protected by patents.
The concept and the design belong to the talented physician-inventor Grigorii Petrosian, department head of the Sverdlovsk Oblast Clinical Hospital No. 1. Technological support and production is carried out by UZIS (a Pumori Corporation company).
The exercise machines met with a high appraisal by both professional coaches and rehabilitation centre physicians, who point to their functionality, efficiency, ease of use and universality: they are suitable for athletes, patients recovering from injuries, and simply those who keep a healthy lifestyle — both young and elderly. At the same time, the safety of users is a priority. For each model, there is a manual with a detailed description of the recommended exercises.
However, the general public still does not know enough about these machines, and it was precisely Innoprom that provided an opportunity to get acquainted with the advantages of MIOMOTUS trainers and see them in action. Regrettably, the limited area precluded showing all the training machines.
According to visitors to the stand, the need for such trainers is enormous. For its part, Pumori is ready to fulfil requests for the production of MIOMOTUS equipment. Development of technologies and production of exercise machines is one of the competencies of Pumori Corporation’s member companies, the Corporation successfully working in various areas of metalworking for 35 years now.
